you asked me, why the familiy behluli can,t ask for asylum in germany.in fact they already applied for asylum but the apply was refused. so we made an appeal to the court(verwaltungsgericht freiburg). unfortunately the appeal had no suspensive effect, thats why we had to applicate for stooping the deportation. this application was again without succes.
so actually the case of family behluli is still pending with the court but besite that family behluli is in danger to be deported.
